Michaelle Terhune is a strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mrs. Terhune serves as a leader and trailblazer for women in the construction industry and has attained remarkable success in an industry dominated by men. She is a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer of Pro-Site Construction and Site Solutions & Development, both civil construction companies, and PFMT Holdings, a land development company. She negotiates, analyzes, and reviews contracts with general contractors, customers, vendors, and financial institutions and oversees the financial operations of the companies.  

Prior to founding Pro-Site Construction and Site Solutions & Development in 2009 with Mr. Frazier, Mrs. Terhune was a Partner with a large local CPA firm in Memphis, Tennessee.  She practiced public accounting, specializing in construction clientele for twelve years where she collaborated with her clients to achieve, maintain, and preserve excellence.  Mrs. Terhune earned a B. S. in Business Administration, graduating from the University of Memphis and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee.

Mrs. Terhune has been a prudent real estate investor since 2017.  She invests in farm land, raw land for residential real estate, and single family residential rental houses in and around Memphis, Tennessee.

Mrs. Terhune is native to Memphis and is a respected local business leader with a wealth of local professional contacts in Finance and Construction. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction.  She serves as a mentor to young professionals in her area.   She actively sponsors local charities and events for hospitals and schools in the community. She previously served on the Board of the Millington Chamber of Commerce.  She has served in various capacities advising her immediate local community, Arlington, Tennessee, in order to build and strengthen her community.
