Michaelle Terhune is a strategicbusiness leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.Mrs. Terhune serves as a leader and trailblazer for women in the constructionindustry and has attained remarkable success in an industry dominated by men. Sheis a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer of Pro-Site Construction,Site Solutions, both civil construction companies, and PFMT Holdings, a landdevelopment company. She negotiates, analyzes, and reviews contracts withgeneral contractors, customers, vendors, and financial institutions andoversees the financial operations of the companies.  

Mrs. Terhune is a PrincipalPartner in Astoria Development, a multi and single-family residentialdevelopment company, with projects in Tennessee and Mississippi. She is integralto the success of the company and serves as an advisor to the company onfinancial operations of development projects and reviews sales and developmentcontracts with customers, municipalities and utility providers.

Prior to founding Pro-Site Construction and Site Solutionsin 2009 with Mr. Frazier, Mrs. Terhune was a Partner with a large local CPAfirm in Memphis, Tennessee.  Shepracticed public accounting, specializing in construction clientele for twelveyears where she collaborated with her clients to achieve, maintain, andpreserve excellence.  Mrs. Terhune earneda B. S. in Business Administration, graduating from the University of Memphis and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in theState of Tennessee.

Mrs. Terhune has been a prudent realestate investor since 2017.  She investsin farm land, raw land for residential real estate, and single family residentialrental houses in and around Memphis, Tennessee.

Mrs. Terhune is native to Memphisand is a respected local business leader with a wealth of local professionalcontacts in Finance and Construction. She is a member of the National Association of Women inConstruction.  She serves as a mentor toyoung professionals in her area.   Sheactively sponsors local charities and events for hospitals and schools in theCommunity.  She is currently serving onthe Board of the Millington Chamber of Commerce.    Shehas served in various capacities advising her immediate local community,Arlington, Tennessee in order to build and strengthen her community.
