Who We Are
Pro-Site Construction was founded to solve a common challenge in civil sitework: inconsistency. Too often jobs were delayed or quality varied because work was parceled out to too many subcontractors. We set out to do things differently by self-performing the majority of site infrastructure and partnering with a small group of trusted subcontractors and engineers who know our standards.
With decades of experience in municipal planning, engineering, and site execution, our leadership brings a deep understanding of what local governments, inspectors, and builders expect. That insight translates to smoother permitting, fewer surprises, and infrastructure that stands up under pressure.
What we do
We serve general contractors, developers, home builders and local municipalities throughout West Tennessee and North Mississippi, delivering services rooted in reliability, performance, and practical execution.

Pro-Site Construction self-performs all scopes of work, with the exception of soil cement and asphalt. For those specialized services, we rely on trusted subcontractor partners who meet our standards for quality, reliability, and professionalism.
PFMT Holdings, LLC
PFMT Holdings is our strategic development arm focused on residential land acquisition and community planning. The company identifies and secures land, manages entitlement and municipal approvals, coordinates engineering and subdivision design, and delivers pad-ready lots to builders.
Pro-Site manages the civil infrastructure while PFMT helps ensure that planning, entitlement, and site preparation remain aligned from beginning to end of the development process. This coordinated approach allows us to deliver pad-ready lots efficiently and consistently, giving builders confidence from initial acquisition through final site readiness.”
