Paul Frazier is a strategic business leader with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Site Construction and Site Solutions & Development, both civil construction companies, and PFMT Holdings, a land development company. Mr. Frazier identifies and administers all potential projects for Pro-Site and all acquisitions of residential property for PFMT Holdings. He oversees the engineering and the civil design of the projects and navigates the companies through the process of obtaining municipal approvals.    

Immediately prior to founding Pro-Site Construction and PFMT Holdings, Mr. Frazier had minority interests in several businesses within the construction industry.  Mr. Frazier gained a wealth of knowledge when he served twelve years as a Civil Construction Inspector for the City of Germantown, Tennessee.  Mr. Frazier, on a personal level, has been a prudent real estate investor since 2005, owning several farms and residential real estate properties.  

Mr. Frazier holds an unlimited Contractors License in Tennessee and Mississippi.  He has overseen projects, both private and municipal, ranging from $100,000 to $16,000,000.

Mr. Frazier is a native Memphian.  He is devoted to giving backto his Community, his Country, and his employees.  He holds an annual Wounded Warrior Hunt for Disabled Vetarans, has sponsored numerous fishing tournaments, golf tournaments, and local school events, with the underlying goal of strengthening the community.
