Paul Frazier is a strategicbusiness leader with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.He is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Site Constructionand Site Solutions, both civil construction companies, and PFMT Holdings, aland development company. Mr. Frazier identifies and administers all potentialprojects for Pro-Site and all acquisitions of residential property for PFMTHoldings, and oversee the operations of both companies.

Mr. Frazier is a PrincipalPartner in Astoria Development, a multi and single-family residentialdevelopment company.  He identifies andadvises the company on potential projects in Tennessee and Mississippi. Heoversees the Engineers and the Civil Design of the projects and navigates thecompany through the process of obtaining municipal approvals.    

Immediately prior to foundingPro-Site Construction and PFMT Holdings, Mr. Frazier had minority interests inseveral businesses within the construction industry.  Mr. Frazier gained a wealth of knowledge whenhe served twelve years as a Civil Construction Inspector for the City ofGermantown, Tennessee.  Mr. Frazier, on apersonal level, has been a prudent real estate investor since 2005, owningseveral farms and residential real estate properties.  

Mr. Frazier holds unlimitedContractors License in Tennessee and Mississippi.  He has overseen projects, both private andmunicipal, ranging from $100,000.00 to $16,000,000.00.  

Mr. Frazier is a nativeMemphian.  He is devoted to giving backto his Community, his Country, and his employees.  He holds an annual Wounded Warrior Hunt forDisabled Vets, has sponsored numerous fishing tournaments, golf tournaments,and local school events, with the underlying goal of strengthening thecommunity.
